6:30am 20 min sit. Warmed up lower core, back, and hips before I sat. I was distracted for much of the sit. But my posture was good. I don’t usually have strong feelings when I meditate but I felt pitiful because I felt like I wasn’t meditating right. That’s when I had some insights into meditation technique and mystical contemplation. This is something I’ve been fortunate in (thanks to my HGA). I immediately switched to a contemplative view and finished my sit, energized and motivated, seeing the buddha-nature.
