6am 20 min sit. Started off present then immediately experienced complete distraction. Got back into it and started counting breaths. Was mindful of distractions and was able to reach a lower level of concentration. The last half of the sit was with more mindfulness overall. Thought about an email I wanted to send. Wasn’t really too distracted by this. I thought my posture was good. The exercising has really increased my overall stability and my flexibility is pretty good. A small level of concentration feels so much better than none at all.
