Many dreams but I don’t remember them.
6:00am 20 minute sit. Became immediately absorbed in the breath. Stayed there most of the sit, working on deep, solid breaths and posture. Came out of the absorption toward the end and was able to straighten posture even more. Felt ‘in the zone’ when I was absorbed. It took effort to stay there but once there took a somewhat life of its own. I’d say this was a light absorption.
9pm 20 min sit. Rested in Buddha-nature for a good while. Thought process picked up toward the end but it wasn’t a problem.
