7:15am 40 min sit. I’m really excited about this sit because I extended the time and persevered. I reached a modicum of ok concentration using various objects. Posture was ok, my back was tight this morning. Could have stretched or warmed up. The last 10 minutes were torture but 10 became 8, then 5, then 3, then 40 seconds. Then time! Glad I persevered.
